Shipping Policy
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure both parties are aligned and expectations are set for a smooth shipping experience.
1. Shipping Times
Europe (Including UK & Switzerland):
Orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on the time of the order.
International Orders (Outside of Europe):
Orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days depending on the time of the order.
2. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, where applicable, so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
3. Duties & Taxes
For European Union shipments:
As we are based in Romania, all shipments within the EU are VAT-exempt for consumers purchasing from within the EU.
For International Orders:
Import duties and taxes may be due upon arrival at the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with any potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay the applicable duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping costs. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. Parcels In Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject the parcel (if possible) and get in touch with us immediately. If the parcel is delivered when you're not home, please contact us for next steps.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the shipping provider has completed an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier while goods are in transit.
5. Damaged Items After Use
We are not responsible for any items that get damaged or break after use, as we act only as a reseller.
6. Change of Delivery Address
For any change of delivery address requests, we can modify the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
7. Delayed Shipments
If the delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for an investigation into the delay.
8. Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or missing due to an incorrect or invalid delivery address, or any other issue (e.g., failed delivery attempts), we will wait for the parcel to be returned to us before reshipping. Please note that not all missing orders are returned to us, and in those cases, we cannot accept liability or offer a refund.
