What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are shown in Euros (€). However, by choosing your region, they may appear in the local currency.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from Romania, and occasionally from Spain, depending on stock and product location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Europe usually takes 3–7 business days.
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local customs.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
If you’re in the EU, you won’t be charged import duties.
If you’re outside the EU, customs charges or import taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country. These are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay them, the goods will be returned to us, and we will refund you minus the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns or refunds for pre-owned, match-worn, or sample boots. These are final sale items.
If the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us at footballupdates4all@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee the address can be changed, and we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect details.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your parcel arrives damaged, reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll issue a refund or replacement only after the courier completes an investigation and confirms the loss.
Are the boots new or used?
We sell a mix of brand new, pre-owned, match-worn, and sample boots. Each product clearly states the condition in the description — please read carefully before purchasing.
Do you offer size exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of limited stock, we do not offer size exchanges. Please double-check your size before ordering.
Do you guarantee the durability of the boots?
No. Many of the boots sold are older models or used pairs, so we do not guarantee durability. All boots are sold as-is.
